Delivery Policy

We use Royal Mail First Class recorded mail or ParcelForce couriers for most deliveries, so delivery time is normally 1-3 working days.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods in about 12 days but realistically this is much quicker. If there is a delay with any products you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.

Returns Policy

Everyone at www.vibrators.co.uk wants you to be pleased with your purchase, that's why we have an easy no quibble policy for returns. If for any reason at all you are not completely happy you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days for alternative items or a refund. Due to the nature of our products, for reasons of hygiene, please do not open items that you wish to send back. We regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.
