If for any reason at all you are not completely happy you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days for alternative items or a refund.
Due to the nature of our products, for reasons of hygiene, please do not open items that you wish to send back. We regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.
You have the right to cancel the order at any time up to 30 days starting the day after delivery. No questions asked!
Goods can be exchanged or refunded for up to 30 days after delivery. After 30 days an exchange will only be available.
Please return the goods, unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

If your vibrator is not working on arrival, please check the batteries! Ensure they are fitted correctly, and try another set, before returning.
If the product is still defective, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it to us in its original box, with all manuals and accessories. We will give you a full refund or replacement within 30 days.
If you contact us we can provide a free post return address.
All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working or in an unacceptable condition. The return cost for recorded delivery is £2.95
Please clean the items before returning.
Any refunds or exchanges are dealt with on the day of their return.
No exchanges can be given until the goods are returned.
We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.
If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will provide you with a free post returns address.
